As we embark on this journey toward the championship in the 120th year of our club, it has been decided to appoint two distinguished figures, who stand out with their experience, character, and strong sense of belonging to the Fenerbahçe culture: Mr. Oğuz Çetin as Football Director and Mr. İsmail Kartal as Head Coach.
 
Our football organization has been shaped with the understanding of strengthening sporting leadership, developing the institutional structure in line with our goal of sustainable success, and creating an organizational model that reflects the identity of Fenerbahçe.
 
Our Football Director, Mr. Oğuz Çetin, is an important figure in Turkish football who successfully wore our striped jersey for many years, served as captain, and earned widespread respect through his sportsmanship, character, and football knowledge. We believe that his experience and expertise will make significant contributions to the football structure of our club.
 
Our Head Coach, Mr. İsmail Kartal, is a football man who knows the culture of Fenerbahçe, the expectations of our community, and the dynamics of our club better than most. In every period he has served, he has earned appreciation through his discipline, fighting spirit, and the results he achieved. The sense of belonging, responsibility, and leadership he demonstrated during his previous roles at our club is one of the strongest indicators of the trust placed in him today.
 
Mr. Dirk Kuyt, with whom a preliminary agreement has been reached to join our coaching staff, played a significant role in our championship-winning campaign during his playing career at our club and earned the love and admiration of our supporters through his professionalism and fighting spirit.
 
We believe that these important figures, who have served Fenerbahçe as players, captains, coaches, and embodiments of the club’s values, will continue to add value to our club in this new era while pursuing the same goals.
 
We wish Mr. Oğuz Çetin and Mr. İsmail Kartal every success in their new roles, where they will serve in the place where their hearts truly belong, and we hope that this partnership will be beneficial for our community.
