Fenerbahçe 2-1 Villarreal CF

Fenerbahce faced Villarreal CF, one of the LaLiga teams, in the second match of the friendly tournament organized by the Clubs Association Foundation, during the break given to the leagues because of World Cup.
 
Our team won the match 2-1. In the match played at Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex our goals were came from Serdar Dursun (P) and Joshua King. Spanish teams only goal came from Capoue.
 
Serdar Dursun presented his goal to Joao Pedro, who was injured in the Rayo Vallecano match and could not continue the game.
 
İrfan Can Eğribayat, who entered the game in the second half, wore the Fenerbahçe jersey for the first time.
 
Before the match Our Board Member Selahattin Baki gave the signed Fenerbahçe jersey to Villarreal Football Director Miguel Ángel Tena García. Miguel Ángel Tena also gave the signed Villarreal jersey to Our Board Member.
 
Also Our Board Member Ahmet Ketenci presented a plaque to LaLiga Operations Director Cristina Sánchez and Clubs Association Foundation’s General Secretary Çağrı İlk.
