Fenerbahce Dogus, Kalinic together until 2020

The reigning Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion, Fenerbahce Dogus, has kept another core piece of its championship-winning team by reaching agreement for a contract extension with forward Nikola Kalinic until the end of 2019-2020 campaign. Kalinic joined Fenerbahce in the summer of 2015 and averaged 7.5 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists last season. He shined at the Final Four, however, playing an average of 33:20 minutes and posting 14.5 points, 5.5 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 2 steals per game in victories over Real Madrid and Olympiacos Piraeus. Kalinic made his EuroLeague debut in 2014-15 with Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade, and has previously also played in his native Serbia for KK Novi Sad, Vojvodina and Radnicki Kragujevac. Kalinic is also a regular member of the Serbian national team, with whom he has won silver medals at the 2014 FIBA World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games.
